Marina is the head of the testing group in Alfa-Bank. In 10 years, went the way from test specialist to the head of business development in outsourced development, and then moved to the product side.

She is in charge of organizing team work, optimizing and automating tests, developing employee competencies, and ensuring the quality of processes and products. She is the author of an expert course in testing and quality control techniques for mobile, web and desktop products, she launched QA School at Redmadrobot. Takes part in the development of the professional QA/QC community in Russia. Regular speaker at product development events.
