Testing Handover in LTE Networks

Handover is a feature that allows a mobile phone to switch from one cell to another without breaking the connection. I will give a brief excursion into theoretical requirements and practical implementation of this function. Using Handover as an example, I will tell you what problems we encountered when testing operator-class equipment (software and hardware complex) and how we solved them.
