Roulette of Cases: Technical Interviews

Hall 2In Russian

What do hiring managers at big tech companies really think about ambiguous situations in technical interviews? Where is the line when it comes to using “assistive” tools during the interview process? And what should you do when your gut tells you something is clearly off—but you don’t have solid proof?

In this format, we’ll break down real-world cases with no pre-prepared answers. On stage, three experts will take turns proposing their solutions, walking through their reasoning, and defending their approaches. But in the end, it’s up to you to decide who got it right.

This session is useful both for candidates and interviewers: you’ll get a clearer picture of how big tech interviews actually work, what triggers interviewers, and what a complete failure in a technical interview looks like.

The experts will also review your cases—submit them in advance, and your scenario might make it into the roulette!
