Pitfalls in loading

It is not difficult to run a stress test. But running it without analysis is a waste of time. The analysis reveals things from which you have to repeat the measurement. For example: the response time was good, but a detailed analysis revealed that all pages showed error 404. In the beginning of the test times are good, but then they are not at all. Or even so: JMeter shows that "everything is fine", but in reality there was no load for half an hour. Sometimes everything is fine on the whole, but there are some unpleasant surges. How do we analyze the reasons for the outliers? How do we know on what data they occur?
