I think every one of us has made a production environment fail at some point. It is often very fragile. But we all have to act as its guardians. And it's one thing to have a bug in the code. But what if the bug is in the application configuration?

I'll tell you how we made it so that production cannot be broken so easily now. How we came to the point where we release in an active development cycle, when a new version of the application is uploaded to the prod every day, and how we simplified the review process.
