Improving User Experience and Product Business Metrics with AI

We will consider how we can look at the product through the user's eyes using ML. Where they will pay attention, how they will recognise the interface elements and whether they will understand how to interact with them. We'll assess how the user has understood the meaning of the texts and the context of the task. We'll simulate the behaviour of different cohorts of users and see what it affects.
