I've been in the profession for 5 years, started with manual web and mobile testing. For the last 4 years I've been working at Yandex Lavka, where I've grown to the head of a team of 8 people. Today I focus on process optimization — automating routine tasks, implementing tools for task transparency and creating tools for tracking problems so that the team can work efficiently. I am convinced that the quality of a product starts with a comfortable environment for those who create it: I support my colleagues in difficult situations and believe in the power of cross-functional collaboration.
