What's new in the load for me in 2022?

This year I moved from a big city to a smaller one. I moved from a simply distributed team to a team distributed across countries, from a bare metal stand to a cloud one, from complex tests to simple ones, and from backend performance to frontend performance. Tested the performance of updates and did a lot of new things. For example, I was looking for bottlenecks via logs and metrics in ElasticSearch and OpenSearch.
